About Tommy Alicardi

Tommy Alicardi moved to Wilmington, NC, in 2017 to play college golf at Cape Fear Community College, where he met his teammate and now business partner, Brantley. During his time at Cape Fear, Tommy began working at Eagle Point Golf Club, an experience that instilled in him a standard of excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

 

After Cape Fear, Tommy transferred to UNC Wilmington, where he earned a degree in Business Finance. While completing his studies, he continued working at Eagle Point and began investing in real estate — building a small personal portfolio of rental properties in Wilmington and successfully flipping four homes.

 

At Lumina Blue Properties, Tommy combines his work ethic, attention to detail, and hands-on investment experience to drive business development and help clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
